Our process begins with the importation of the finest beans in the world! Our President and Import Director, Nubia “Bea” Fuentes, painstakingly samples hundreds of samples from around the world each week. After carefully selecting the best tasting, best cupping beans, she then sets forth the process of importation. She will source these beans from local farmers and negotiate a fair equitable price for the product. She then arranges the container (usually 42,000 lbs) to be shipped to one of the ports we use around the United States. She then arranges trucking and delivery to the customers established here or anywhere in the world. The process is truly amazing. As she says: “Coffee never sleeps”!
